Licensed Massage Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled MOBILE Massage Therapist to support in the Alhambra area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques. This is a Part-time position.

2-10 hour shifts OR 4-5 hour shifts

Duties

• Perform various types of massages including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques
• Conduct patient assessments to determine the most suitable massage treatments
• Provide exceptional patient service and care during massage sessions
• Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

• Must have a valid state massage therapy license
• Must be punctual and professional with excellent customer service skills
• Proficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Ability to conduct physical examinations for massage suitability
• Strong skills in acute pain management
• Excellent patient assessment capabilities
• Prior experience in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy is preferred

Job Types: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20
