Accounts Receivable Representative

About the Role:

The Accounts Receivable Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization within the health care and social assistance industry. This position is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Process and record incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable activities.
