Our client, an investment advisor, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Marketing and Investor Relations team. Hours are 9am-6pm and they are in office 4 days a week, with Fridays work from home. This will be supporting a client facing team, so candidates must have strong communication.



Responsibilities:
* Provide support to three Marketing Managing Directors and two VP's
* Extensive calendar management, travel planning and coordinating, and meeting scheduling for team
* Develop processes for screening and rerouting incoming calls
* Handle confidential investor materials and personal matters for Executives
* Act as gatekeeper for various parties and schedule according to team's preferences and guidance

Qualifications:
* 2-3+ years of experience
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Must have excellent organization and attention to detail
* BA/BS required
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Compensation/Benefits:
* $85-120K base plus discretionary bonus
* 100% medical, dental, vision
* 401K with discretionary match
* 15 vacation days and 5 personal days

This is an opportunity to be part of a unique firm culture that values excellence, truth and transparency, and collaboration. This role will include typical reception duties, event assistance and overflow administrative duties.



Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests, and answer the main phone line and overflow lines
* Manage office pantry, supplies and facilities
* Maintain group lunch ordering system and facilitate messenger services
* Coordinate conference room requests and organize catering when needed
* Liaise with chefs regarding weekly menu and special events

Qualifications:
* Up to 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment
* Must be mature and have a focused mentality
* Finance experience is preferred
* Bachelor's degree required
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
* Salary dependent on experience plus bonus
