Goal
Support the Sales & Engineering teams on pre-sales and post-sales multi-faceted projects with technical activities such as takeoff, drawings, bill of materials and design.
Essentials Functions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support on Request for Proposals working on takeoffs, system/device selection, bill of material creation, pricing, subcontractor RFPs, marked up drawings, BAS system architecture and conduit/wiring diagrams, etc.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create shop drawings, submittal drawings, and As- Built drawings based on the client鈥檚 standards and/or markups after site survey.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create post-sales design drawings and engineering packages.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide our internal and external engineering teams with support on medium and high complex projects.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Receive and lead support on projects from our internal and external engineering teams on low and medium complex projects. (Project based functional team guidance)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide engineering support with internal project review processes.

What we look for:

Required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 2-4 years of experience in BMS, BAS, automation and control systems and/or construction design activities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Intermediate knowledge in automation and control systems, signals (Digital/Analog) and instrumentation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Effective and professional communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and peers.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 General business level in English (B2+ and above)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willingness and ability to learn about building controls systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with industrial or building automation communication protocols and architectures
Preferred
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with building automation system platforms (Metasys, Honeywell, Trane, Smartstruxure, etc.)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Intermediate knowledge of low voltage electrical system schematics and diagrams
