Robert Half Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-known law firm in Minneapolis in search of billing coordinators for a long-term project need. This position is 100% Remote and open to candidates local to the Twin Cities only. 

This is a position that would be great for any candidate looking to gain experience within the business field and grow their analytical and communication skills within accounting and finance. 

As the billing coordinator, you will be supporting the accounting team with creating, sending out, and processing invoices along with general billing duties for large clients. 

Requirements: 
-You must feel comfortable working from home, have a high technical aptitude in trouble shooting, researching problems, and using various software. 
-Excellent communication skills as an individual contributor and in a team environment 
-3+ years of strong experience with successfully being able to multi-task 
-Degree required, can be substituted with experience 
-Analytical skills

The Client Services Administrator will provide support to client teams and coordinate between the clients and other internal operation departments.
Responsibilities for Client Services Administrator include:
* Reviewing mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy
* Updating loan files
* Data entry support for the loan servicing department
* Responding to requests and inquiry from client companies
* Serve as the liaison between the clients and other internal departments
Your Skills and Experience:
* Cash management experience
* Undergraduate Degree (BA or BS)
* Organized, detail-oriented contributor with excellent written and verbal communication skills and excel knowledge
* Able to balance day-to-day activities with big-picture concerns and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.



This role is a Long-Term contractposition.
The hours for the position are 8amto 5pm Monday to Friday but requires the availability to work heavy overtime.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years experience working with mortgage loans in a document review, processing, funding,closing or post-closing capacity.


Knowledge of Excel and typing skills above 45WPM are also required. A 4-year degree is preferred but not required.
You must have experience working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency are of high importance.


Salary $60 K to $70K per year DOE (thisdept.works an average of 45-50 hrs. 

per week)
