Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will be an essential member of the POWDR Finance team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance. The Finance Manager provides a variety of financial modeling and analysis to the company and individual divisions. Such assistance includes providing trending analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and drill-down analysis.
We are seeking a hybrid arrangement; as such, this position will be required to be located within the Park City, UT area. We cannot offer a permanent 100% remote option.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance leadership across the portfolio to manage financial reporting, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting. Emphasis on the accuracy and consistency of all performance data
- Perform detailed recurring and ad hoc financial analysis and advise on the financial implications of alternative business decisions
- Conduct financial modeling of asset purchases and investment decisions including DCF, IRR, and NPV
- Assists with capital planning, ROI analysis, as needed
- Participates in company events throughout the year. Takes an active role in understanding the operations of the organization and develops a strong working relationship with coworkers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Five or more years related financial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in Adaptive Planning and PowerBI preferred
- Ability to facilitate groups and manage multiple priorities and projects
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrated organizational skills, examples of effective teamwork
- A track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates and demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Well-developed critical thinking and problem solving
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Experience must include quantitative analysis and evaluation of complex, large files of information

- 10% - 20% as necessary
