VP, Relationship Manager - Warehouse Lending

Customers Bank is searching for a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our high performing Warehouse Lending team. Primary responsibilities include developing new business opportunities within the Southeast region for Warehouse Facilities, MSR Term Loans and Deposits offered by Customers Bank; preparing Term Sheets and presenting opportunities internally and to clients; managing existing portfolio of clients to ensure satisfactory performance and utilization; preparing and presenting credit actions to loan committee in a timely manner in conjunction with Credit team; working with Operations team in all aspects of client relationship from new client training to ongoing training and performance; and meeting departmental goals and targets related to warehouse loan and deposit balances. The Relationship Manager will oversee business relationships in the Southeast Region of the U.S. Requirements include 10+ years of experience in the Warehouse Lending space, a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, strong knowledge of warehouse lending process and procedures, formal credit training, excellent time management, confidentiality, problem-solving, communication skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a professional work ethic. Technology skills required include Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
