Patient Service Associate

The Patient Services Associate supports the patient experience through patient registration, medication delivery coordination, and customer service. This cross-functional role works closely with multiple departments to ensure efficient operations, accurate documentation, and clear communication with patients and healthcare providers. The position plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and privacy requirements.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; data entry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
