The Department of Finance (https://business.wvu.edu/academics/finance-department/finance) at West Virginia University invites applications for part-time Adjunct Instructor positions. Areas of need include undergraduate and graduate courses in finance. 



The positions in finance require a master’s or doctoral degree in finance or a closely related discipline and evidence of ability to teach effectively. Individuals with a doctoral degree are eligible to teach graduate or undergraduate courses; individuals with only a master’s degree are eligible to teach undergraduate courses. A combination of a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of professional experience in the finance industry may also be considered for undergraduate teaching assignments.

Applications will be accepted throughout the year and will be considered as openings arise. Salary is established on a per-course basis. While these positions are not anticipated to be benefits-eligible, individual positions may become benefits-eligible based on course load - which may vary depending on departmental need.
