Full-Stack Application Developer

Tibersoft | Analytics & Data Products

Tibersoft is seeking a WPF Full-Stack Application Developer to help design, build, and modernize our core analytics applications used by leading Food Away From Home (FAFH) CPG manufacturers. This role sits at the intersection of rich desktop UX, data-intensive workflows, and modern cloud-backed services.

What You’ll Do

•    Develop and enhance WPF-based analytics applications using C# and .NET
•    Build full-stack features spanning UI, application logic, and data access
•    Collaborate with Product, Data, and Professional Services teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
•    Integrate applications with cloud data platforms, APIs, and analytics services
•    Improve performance, usability, and maintainability of a mature, business-critical codebase
•    Contribute to modernization efforts while supporting active customers
 

What You Bring
•    3–5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong foundation in WPF, C#, and .NET
•    3+ years of full-stack development across UI, services, data, and integration
•    3+ years of professional development experience with hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar
•    Experience working with data-heavy or analytics-driven applications
•    Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and enterprise data patterns
•    Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-moving SaaS team
•    Pragmatic problem-solver who values clean code and real-world impact

Nice to Have
•    Experience modernizing legacy desktop applications
•    Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, OCI, AWS)
•    Background in analytics, BI, or data visualization tools
