Schedule:

Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.

In This Role, You Will:

Be responsible for developing and maintaining a direct auto installment portfolio within an assigned region, driving and growing loan sales and customer acquisition in a fast-paced environment. Market our Direct Auto Referral Program (DARP) through direct solicitation and in conjunction with the branch offices in the assigned region to meet or exceed company objectives. Provide guidance and support to the branches as needed on DARP-related issues. Demonstrate a passion for helping customers, building strong customer relationships, identifying financial solutions, and achieving sales targets.

 

 

 

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Develop new business by visiting dealers and promoting the company’s direct auto finance programs.
  • Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies to attract new customers.
  • Drive loan product sales by proactively engaging with customers and identifying financial solutions that fit their needs, determining what is necessary to win new business by offering competitive yet profitable plans.
  • Follow up with existing dealers by verifying they are serviced properly and institutes changes where necessary.
  • Work with SVP of Central Operations to determine profitability of continued relationships, make adjustments in business as required, and develop programs for dealers through market analysis.
  • Provide assistance to the branches with DARP-related issues as needed.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to recommend the best options for each customer.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with headquarters retail groups, field management, and branch offices.
  • Complete and provide timely reports to management as requested.
  • May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.

 

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, auto industry, consumer lending, or financial services, with proven, successful experience increasing sales across multiple locations or a broad territory.
  • Skilled in developing long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Strong ability to influence purchasing decisions and present financial solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mind-set, taking initiative to build and grow their own book of business.
  • Operationally proficient and competent, reliable, and displays problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management skills, written and oral communications skills, decision-making skills, and a strong personal commitment.
  • Adheres to company policies, cooperative, and shows industriousness.
  • Experience in managing and nurturing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of college coursework .
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce, CRM platforms, and loan origination software.

 

 

 

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
