Capital Partners Lead

About Teton

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the resident and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. From assisted living communities to hospital wards, our system delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

About the role

Some of Teton's most important relationships are with its capital partners, the REITs, private equity firms, and institutional owners who own the senior-housing assets our product runs in. They decide whether Teton scales from a handful of communities to entire portfolios, and we are building the team that turns them into long-term champions.

As Capital Partners Lead, you will be the analytical and relationship backbone of that effort. Working directly with our leadership and Capital Partners team, you will turn Teton's data into clear, rigorous reporting that shows owners how Teton protects and grows the value of their assets, become an expert in our Portfolio Intelligence product and help shape it, and progressively grow into owning capital-partner relationships yourself.

This is a rare seat for a sharp, early-career operator who wants ownership fast. You do not need a background in senior housing or real estate. You need to learn quickly, think rigorously, and be credible in front of sophisticated investors.

What you'll do

  • Own the recurring reporting and communications to our capital partners, turning Teton's data into clear, well-presented insight on how their portfolios are performing.

  • Become an expert user of our Portfolio Intelligence product and the internal advocate for what capital partners need from it, working with product and engineering to help shape it.

  • Build and run the operating backbone for the capital-partner team: account tracking, cadence, and internal reporting that keeps our commercial team current on every relationship.

  • Support day-to-day relationships with capital partners alongside the team, and progressively take ownership of a set of them.

  • Use the data to spot and build the case for expanding Teton across capital partners' portfolios.

  • Ramp quickly on the senior-housing and capital-markets landscape: how owners think about NOI, occupancy, and asset value.

What we are looking for

  • 3 to 5 years in a rigorous, analytical environment: investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or similar.

  • Strong analytical rigor and comfort with data and financial models; you reduce messy problems to clear, defensible reasoning.

  • Polished written and verbal communication; you can build and deliver a narrative that lands with senior stakeholders.

  • Confidence and credibility in front of senior, investment-type audiences.

  • High agency and initiative; you want ownership and do not wait to be told.

  • Intellectual curiosity and a fast learning curve. No senior-housing or real-estate background required, but you will pick it up fast.

  • Strong organization and reliability; you manage many threads without dropping any.

  • Nice to have: exposure to senior housing, healthcare, or real estate, though attitude and horsepower matter more.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and participation in our warrant program

  • Work with state-of-the-art technology in a rapidly evolving field

  • A vibrant, learning-focused work environment

  • 401(k) plan, paid time off, and health insurance
