About the Role

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who want flexible daytime hours — whether that means picking up a few shifts a week or building a full-time schedule with multiple clients.
This is a great fit if you enjoy variety in your day and like forming meaningful connections with the people you care for.
What Your Schedule Could Look Like
-  A consistent daytime shift in Highland (9 AM – 2 PM)
-  Additional short 3–4 hour shifts in Brighton and Howell
- Â Option to combine clients and create a schedule that works for you
- Drive time paid between clients within 1 hour
What You’ll Do
- Â Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting as needed)Â
- Â Provide companionship and conversationÂ
- Â Help with light housekeeping and simple meal prepÂ
- Â Support mobility and ensure client safetyÂ
- Â Follow care plans and communicate updates with the teamÂ

What We’re Looking For:
- Â Caregiving experience preferred (home care, CNA, etc.)Â
- Â Someone dependable, kind, and patientÂ
- Â Comfortable working in different homes and environmentsÂ
- Â Reliable transportation (you may travel between clients)Â
