We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centred care in line with regulatory standards.

  • Supervise and support caregivers and nursing staff on a daily basis, promoting a collaborative and professional work environment.

  • Monitor residents’ health, behaviour, and overall well-being, responding promptly to any concerns or changes.

  • Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and internal policies, maintaining high standards of care and safety.

  • Develop and implement care plans, clinical protocols, and operational procedures to enhance resident care.

  • Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and ongoing professional development programs.

  • Conduct regular audits, reviews, and reporting to ensure continuous quality improvement.

  • Act as a key liaison between residents, families, staff, and management, fostering effective communication.



Requirements

  • Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

  • Prior experience in a nursing or clinical management role, or current involvement in clinical management.

  • Demonstrated organizational, leadership, and clinical abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with staff, residents, and families.

  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a clinical setting.

  • Proven expertise in delivering senior-level care and overseeing clinical operations.
