Description
Compensation and Sign-on increase for a newly CRNA-only ASC with Riverside Doctors Surgery Center, an ambulatory surgical center in Williamsburg, VA. Part of Riverside Regional Medical Center, it is recognized as the most comprehensive facility of its kind on the Virginia Peninsula. It is a short-term acute care hospital with 300 beds and is a voluntary nonprofit and a member of Riverside Health System. The hospital features a neonatal intensive care unit with 21 beds and neonatologists located on-site.

Total Rewards
Salary: $260K-$285K

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: 3 weeks on and 1 week off schedule. 
• Hybrid location with Williamsburg Riverside Doctors Hospital. 
• Ability to work 8s at the ASC and 10s at the hospital with a day off. 
• Weekly rotation in and out of the Hospital and ASC. 
• No Call, Holidays, or Weekends
• Ophthalmology, endo, ENT, ortho, GYN, general

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
