Job Title: Director of Marketing
Job Summary: Care Continuity is scaling to meet a level of market demand our category has never seen. Health systems across the country are actively seeking AI technologies and Navigation services to help them engage patients, close care gaps, and optimize care delivery - and they are coming to us for solutions. We are hiring a Director of Marketing to build the engine that re-frames the Care Continuity story in the age of AI innovation, captures this new demand, converts it into qualified pipeline, and shares the success stories of the health systems we serve.
Â
This is a builder's role with executive visibility. Reporting to our Strategy leadership and partnering closely with sales, the Director of Marketing will own top-of-funnel strategy end to end - from brand narrative and category positioning to the demand generation programs that put warm, sales-ready leads in front of our commercial team. If you want to shape how a fast-growing healthcare technology company is understood in the market, and you want to show results through sales pipeline activity and new health system partnerships, then this is your seat.
Â
Key Responsibilities:
Â
Brand Narrative & Category Storytelling
- Define and evolve the company narrative - the "bigger story" that connects our products to the outcomes health system executives care about most: network retention, reduced readmissions, and coordinated patient navigation.
- Develop creative new messaging that communicates our practical use of AI technologies. Articulate a human-centric AI strategy that combines the best of modern AI benefits and proven Navigation services to deliver results.
- Translate complex clinical and operational value into clear, executive-grade messaging that resonates with C-suite, strategy, and operations leaders across hospitals, health systems, and ACOs.
- Own brand consistency and voice across every channel, ensuring the market hears one coherent, differentiated story.
- Top-of-Funnel Demand Generation
- Build and lead an integrated demand generation strategy that drives qualified, warm leads to sales across digital, content, email, events, and account-based marketing.
- Design multi-touch campaigns that engage target accounts and decision-makers, moving them from awareness to sales-ready intent.
- Partner with sales to define what a qualified lead looks like, engineer a clean handoff, and shorten the path from first touch to first meeting.
Pipeline Impact & Measurement
- Own top-of-funnel metrics end to end - marketing-qualified leads, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and conversion - and report on them in terms leadership and the board can act on.
- Use intent data, market research, and competitive intelligence to sharpen targeting and prioritize the highest-value segments.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize programs against pipeline and revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics.
Â
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the connective tissue between marketing and sales, aligning outbound efforts with campaigns, content, and events for a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Feed competitive insights, objections, and messaging learnings back into the go-to-market motion.
Â
What You Bring
- 7+ years in B2B marketing with a track record of building top-of-funnel and demand generation programs that measurably grew pipeline; healthcare technology or health system experience strongly preferred.
- A storyteller's instinct paired with an operator's discipline - you can craft the narrative and stand behind the numbers it produces.
- Fluency selling into or marketing to senior healthcare executives, with a nuanced understanding of the pressures facing health systems today.
- Command of the modern marketing stack - CRM, marketing automation, intent data, and analytics - and the judgment to know which levers move pipeline.
- A self-directed builder who thrives with autonomy, moves fast, and elevates the teams and partners around them.
