The Senior Field Sales Manager -Mid Law for Wolters Kluwer (WK) Legal and Regulatory is responsible for prospecting new business in new customer accounts to support the execution of the Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory sales strategy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with your clients.

***This is a remote based role.

Essential Duties

路 Continuously seek new sales opportunities within assigned territory

路聽Execute and finalize the sales process to meet revenue targets. Meet with potential clients face-to-face as required, via webcast, or phone, discussing, documenting and fully understanding client business needs and goals.

路聽Own and coordinate all sales activities.

路聽Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

路聽Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

路聽Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

路聽Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.

路聽Utilizes sales tech stack including Outreach.io, Chorus.ai, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales 聽聽Navigator, etc. in daily sales & retention workflow.

路聽Maintains current records within SalesForce.com in accordance with company policies and expectations.

路聽Ability to network and expand network of contacts.

路聽Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

路聽Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience

Experience

路聽3+ years proven track record of exceeding sales targets

路聽Solid networking and prospecting skills

路聽Must have proven experience in conducting demonstrations (demos) of solutions.

路聽Negotiating and influencing business decisions.

路聽Closing skills

路聽Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think independently, and anticipate needs related to future work.

路聽Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing a level of expert knowledge within your industry.

路聽Strong people skills, including the ability to partner both internally and externally.

路聽Ability to manage own territory/account and monitor resources accordingly.

路聽Demonstrated experience conveying value proposition to clients.

路聽Excellent presentation skills

路聽Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

路聽Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software.

Preferred:

路 Previous experience with SalesForce.com 聽

路 Previous experience with Outreach.io 聽

路聽Previous Account Management experience with a cloud based/SaaS solution

Travel requirements

路聽Up to 30% for conferences, team meetings or to visit prospects/customers.

Compensation:

$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD

This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.聽 Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
