What will you do?
As a Finance Analyst at Johnson Controls, your responsibilities include:
Preparing and analyzing financial reports, operational reviews, and performance metrics.
Assisting in the development and management of budgets and forecasts.
Providing actionable insights through trend analysis and variance analysis.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data collection and reporting.
Supporting financial planning activities and contributing to process improvements.
Preparing presentations and reports for senior management.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a corporate environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and decision support.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
