About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Lead the Salesforce development team and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to leverage new functionalities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
- Document processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
