We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Telesales Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-energy sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving daily team performance, ensuring individual and team goals are met or exceeded. Key Responsibilities:Â
Lead and motivate a remote team of telesales agents in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentÂ
Monitor team KPIs and hold team members accountable for hitting performance targetsÂ
Identify sales behaviors that drive success, and provide real-time, actionable coachingÂ
Analyze call performance, conversion rates, and sales pipelines to spot opportunities for growthÂ
Foster a culture of urgency, ownership, and continual improvementÂ
Partner with training and sales leadership to enhance process and skill developmentÂ
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly activities of all team membersÂ
Set priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals (quality, adherence, service levels, AHT) are metÂ
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsÂ
Monitor performance and deliver real-time coaching and feedbackÂ
Assist with escalated calls and issue resolution as neededÂ
Monitor team chat to provide support and align on project prioritiesÂ
Partner with Workforce Management to build and manage team schedulesÂ
Supervise both local and remote team membersÂ
Review and evaluate team calls regularly to ensure quality and complianceÂ

QualificationsÂ
Active resident Health Producer LicenseÂ
Minimum of one-year recent experience as a call center supervisor, leading a team of licensed health insurance agentsÂ
Proven ability to coach and manage employee performance using call center KPIsÂ
Strong technical skills, including Windows-based systems and call center softwareÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
