What will you do? 

As a Maintenance Planner, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure the efficient running of equipment and facilities. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize maintenance processes and improve productivity while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

How will you do it? 

  • Develop and manage the maintenance schedule for all equipment and facility systems.

  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians to prioritize work orders and manage backlog.

  • Analyze equipment failures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking, scheduling, and reporting maintenance activities.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to maintenance procedures and compliance.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for parts procurement and service scheduling.

 

What are we looking for?  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • +3 years of experience in maintenance planning or related roles.

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and CMMS tools.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
