What will you do? 

The Manufacturing Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing manufacturing programs that support operational excellence, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The Manufacturing Program Manager also drives improvements in performance, scalability, and productivity across manufacturing processes.

How will you do it? 

  • Lead end-to-end management of manufacturing programs, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain program schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.

  • Drive readiness for new product introductions (NPI), process changes, and capacity expansions.

  • Ensure programs meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

  • Identify risks, roadblocks, and improvement opportunities within manufacturing workflows.

  • Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance throughput and reduce waste.

  • Monitor key metrics such as production output, process capability, cost performance, and quality indicators.

What are we looking for?  

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience managing programs or complex projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing scale‑up.

  • Lean Six Sigma training or certification.

  • PMP, Agile, or other formal project management certification.

  • Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.
