What will you do? 

The Plan for Every Part (PFEP) role is responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive plan that provides detailed information about all components supplied to our manufacturing site. This position involves outlining every step of the process from raw material procurement to final product delivery, ensuring accurate and timely planning for production operations.

How will you do it? 

  • Create PFEP documents that include necessary material master data for purchased components and subassemblies.

  • Ensure the integrity of material master data within the system.

  • Verify all material receipt forms and ensure all dimensions and weights for every part are accurate.

  • Identify and maintain all BINs locations from the system to physical inventory.

  • Establish, verify, and maintain replenishment methods.

  • Manage material master updates to facilitate effective and timely planning of materials.

  • Analyze early and late supply plans at the component level to determine required actions and drive cross-functional execution.

  • Support the overall coordination of Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) through the entire lifecycle, communicating critical details across key stakeholders.

  • Utilize data analytics to optimize component inventory levels aligned with item classifications and order policy strategies.

What are we looking for?  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.).

  • +6 months of experience in a similar role (Ing de Flujo de materiales, Lean Logistics, Manufactura esbelta , etc)

  • SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Knowledge of inventory control principles.

  • Experience in material planning (MRP) and supply planning is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Intermediate English.
