About the role

This role sits within a centralized analytics team and works closely with the Director and Associate Director of Analytics. You’ll act as a key stakeholder in shaping measurement approaches, while leading client communication and ensuring tracking and reporting are accurate, consistent, and actionable.


What you'll do

  • Client Leadership & Measurement Strategy
    • Serve as the primary analytics contact for assigned clients
    • Participate in client calls to present performance, explain data, and provide actionable recommendations
    • Support the development of measurement frameworks, especially for ecommerce clients
    • Translate business goals into clear tracking and reporting approaches
  • Tracking Oversight & Execution
    • Oversee implementation of tracking across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
    • Guide GTM (web + server-side) structure and GA4 event design
    • Support advanced implementations including Meta CAPI and Enhanced Conversions
    • Step in hands-on when necessary, but primarily ensure quality and consistency
  • Reporting & Data Integrity
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs (primarily Looker Studio)
    • Identify and resolve tracking gaps that impact data quality
    • Improve trust in data by proactively catching and fixing issues
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with media teams to align tracking with campaign strategy
    • Act as a bridge between analytics and media for troubleshooting and QA
    • Support internal standardization of tracking and reporting practices


What You Bring

  • Must-Haves
    • 5–8+ years in digital analytics, preferably in an agency environment
    • Strong ecommerce tracking experience
    • Expertise in GTM (web + server-side), GA4, and platform conversion tracking
    • Experience with Meta CAPI and Enhanced Conversions
    • Client-facing experience
  • Nice-to-Haves
    • Proficiency in Looker Studio
    • Familiarity with BigQuery or SQL
    • Experience with enterprise or international clients
