  • Prepare and adapt the NAD organization for portfolio evolution and new launches, including payer landscape assessment, account prioritization, pre-approval engagement planning where appropriate, value-message readiness, policy tracking, field training, account transition and early-launch execution.
  • Capture and translate payer evidence needs and customer insights into actionable recommendations for HEOR/RWE, value messaging, market research, analytics, evidence generation and access strategy; represent the NAD perspective in relevant cross-functional planning.
  • Establish meaningful NAD KPIs and leading indicators for in-market and launch products; use performance data, account-plan progress, policy/access outcomes and insight quality to coach the team, redirect resources and communicate execution status to leadership.
  • Partner with Medical, Patient Services, Marketing, HEOR, Analytics, Trade/Distribution, Legal/Compliance, sales/Key Account Management, Finance and other functions to resolve access barriers, develop approved payer tools and resources, and protect continuity of patient access.
  •  Manage relevant account management agencies, vendors, external partners and payer-conference investments to strengthen payer intelligence, customer access, strategic relationships and execution support.
  • Maintain operational continuity and a high accountability, collaborative team culture through disciplined documentation of account strategies, relationships, workstreams, decisions, risks and next actions, enabling efficient knowledge transfer during personnel or portfolio changes.
