- $590k+ for total compensation package
- $50k signing bonus, 401(k) is 20% contribution, $3K CME stipend, $10K for relocation expenses
- 8 weeks of vacation plus 5 sick days, car expenses
- Pediatric anesthesiologist will also need to do adults
- Expanding program with 30 to 50% pediatrics initially
