About the Role

With proven product-market fit and rapid success across our revenue organization, we are growing our team. Cherry represents an incredible opportunity to get in early at a high-growth, high-performance organization that is reshaping the way patients pay for care.

 

This role primarily involves phone-based interactions and leveraging technology to assess and elevate the experience of our partnered & prospective practices and patients. This position focuses on modeling consumer behaviors to conduct assessments and provide invaluable insights to improve our service offerings, product usability, and drive our Revenue organization’s go-to-market motion and prioritization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Initiate phone interactions with partnered & prospective medical practices and patients to gather feedback on our product, internal processes, ease of use, and overall customer experience

  • Accurately document and collect detailed feedback obtained during engagements in a structured manner. Understanding of and commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity within the feedback collection process.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to inform Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure that insights are integrated into all facets of the business

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a prospecting-centered sales role or customer support role preferred

  • Phone-based experience focused in a sales or support capacity

  • Top 10% performer in existing role, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas

  • Independent worker, self-starter, and proven ability to exceed expectations in a remote work environment

  • Ability to place a high volume of outbound contacts

  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce preferred)

  • Experience using cloud-based communication tools (such as Slack, cloud-based VoIP telephony, Zoom, Salesloft, etc.)

  • Willingness to work at a dynamic, ever-changing environment filled with friendly competition where high performance is directly rewarded

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone

  • Analytical aptitude: Strong ability to analyze feedback and offer actionable recommendations

  • Attention to detail: Meticulous in documentation and organization of gathered feedback

  • Adaptability: Able to adjust communication styles and approaches as per different interactions

  • Collaborative nature: Capable of working closely with diverse internal teams to drive improvements

 

Compensation Package

  • $65k+ base pay

  • $40k bonus opportunity, OTE $105K
