Role – Executive – Sr Executive (Voice Process)
Experience – 1 to 5 Years
Location – Chennai
Salary – 18K to 30 Take Home (PM)
Core Responsibility:
· Lead generation: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a database to introduce properties for sale or rent.
· Information provision: Provide detailed information on property listings, including prices, locations, and amenities.
· Appointment setting: Schedule appointments and property viewings for potential clients with real estate agents.
· Lead qualification: Qualify leads by aging interest and understanding customer needs, and follow up on unresponsive prospects.
· Database management: Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and other relevant information in a CRM system.
· Customer service: Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries, resolving any questions or issues.
Required skills and qualifications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong persuasion abilities.
· Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
· A friendly demeanor and the ability to handle pressure are important for success.
