About the Role

We're looking for an experienced construction professional who's passionate about preconstruction and enjoys working directly with customers. As a Product Specialist, you'll lead customer implementations from kickoff through adoption, helping customers successfully transition to Ediphi and transform the way they estimate.


Our Sales team shows customers what's possible, our Product Specialists make it a reality. You'll learn how each customer works today, translate their workflows into Ediphi, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout their implementation and adoption journey. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers succeed, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of construction.


Responsibilities

  • Learn the Ediphi platform to confidently guide and support customers.
  • Lead customer implementations from kickoff through successful adoption.
  • Build trusted customer relationships and understand each customer's estimating process to help them successfully adopt Ediphi.
  • Deliver engaging training and guide customers through change with confidence.
  • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and customer expectations.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and long-term customer success.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Data and Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Track customer progress, capture feedback, and advocate for product improvements.
  • Partner with the Makers team to test new features and provide product feedback.
  • Travel to customer sites for implementations, training, and industry events (approximately 30%).


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or a related industry role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain new concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for learning new technology and helping customers adopt new ways of working.
  • Experience training, implementing new software, or working directly with customers is a plus.
