What will you do? 

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to planned inventory levels across assigned product lines.

  • Apply Lean Supply Chain methodologies and Kanban systems to optimize material flow.

  • Provide timely communication of any production schedule adjustments to all team members.

  • Maintain accurate planning data, including item master records, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and planning parameters.

  • Track daily schedule adherence, identify potential risks, and implement timely corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Perform daily monitoring of production activities (actual vs. planned) through system reports and direct floor inspections.

  • Maintain effective communication with planners and buyers from sister plants; coordinate and approve material transfers when required.

 

What are we looking for?  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in production planning within high‑volume, high‑mix manufacturing environments (electronics industry preferred).

  • Intermediate English.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP HANA, Kanban system, and its planning functionalities.
