What will you do?
Administration of the operational personnel under your responsibility in the assigned production areas, managing and providing the necessary resources to achieve the performance indicators and productivity goals of your team in the area under your charge.

Lead the team in meeting the plant's goals and performance indicators
Personnel administration
Reporting using the established formats and files
Management and administration of the necessary resources
Payroll administration for personnel
Promote continuous improvement
Foster a positive work environment
Promote product quality
Lead the operation's support competencies
Promote and ensure a safe work environment
Coordination and management of EADs
Understand and ensure compliance with the operational controls and/or work instructions of the Quality - Environment - Safety systems for your work area and those under your responsibility.

Be the benchmark in all strategic points of the plant.
Ensure that problems are contained, root cause is identified, and preventive and corrective actions are implemented with a sense of urgency.
Ensure Personnel Safety and Product Quality over production volume.
Establish clear, measurable, and achievable objectives, and actively participate in cost‑reduction, continuous improvement, safety, and environmental projects.
Demonstrate positive, inclusive, and respectful leadership toward the team, focused on achieving objectives.
Generate and participate in projects that support better utilization of resources.
Use leadership tools to build a fully integrated work team.
