Federal Staffing Resources (FSR) is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support federal and state government healthcare contracts nationwide. 
 
Our recruiters connect healthcare professionals to roles serving Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, and communities supported by public health programs.
 
This is a 100% remote position.
 
What You’ll Do
 
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and healthcare support roles
• Support VA facilities, military treatment facilities (DHA/DoD), and state-operated healthcare programs
• Recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, Behavioral Health providers, Medical Assistants, Allied Health, and SCA positions
• Partner with credentialing and operations teams to ensure compliant, start-ready candidates
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS
• Work toward clear performance metrics (submittals, offers, starts, time-to-fill)
 
What We’re Looking For
 
Required:
• 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting clinical roles
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
 
Strongly Preferred:
• Government Healthcare Staffing experience (Federal and/or State)
• Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) roles
• Experience using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System
• Metrics-driven mindset
