Overview

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a client-facing leader responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships across a defined territory. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both existing and new clients throughout the full lifecycle—from onboarding and recruitment through immigration and arrival—while ensuring outstanding client service and operational execution.

The RAM owns client satisfaction, growth targets, and the seamless coordination of internal WWHS teams to meet client needs. In addition to managing current accounts, the RAM plays a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding portfolios, and supporting the long-term success of WWHS.

Responsibilities

Existing Client Management

  • Be the primary face of WWHS for assigned client accounts, managing relationships across all stages of the service lifecycle (onboarding, recruitment, immigration, and arrival).
  • Lead monthly client meetings and weekly status calls, responding promptly and professionally to all client requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Plan and lead on-site client visits, including agenda development and presenting to executive leadership.
  • Drive S&OP planning by forecasting needs and securing re-orders in alignment with client hiring goals.
  • Ensure proactive communication across all internal departments (Recruitment, Legal, Immigration, Customer Success) for seamless client execution.
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics to track performance, growth, and service quality.
  • Identify client needs, pain points, risks, and experience challenges, and lead resolution efforts internally.
  • Document all client interactions and updates using CRM systems to ensure full transparency and continuity.

 

New Business Development

  • Identify and attend relevant business development (BD) events to generate new client leads.
  • Follow up with leads using the approved lead management process and CRM documentation.
  • Build strategic relationships with new and prospective clients, including executive-level engagement.
  • Own targets for new business growth and portfolio expansion within your territory.
  • Prioritize high-value accounts and direct resources accordingly to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Drive visibility and engagement with potential clients via LinkedIn and other channels.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with internal WWHS teams to troubleshoot and resolve client-related issues quickly and effectively.
  • Document risks, issues, and action items to support business operations and project management.
  • Represent cross-functional needs of the business to the client, ensuring a unified, value-driven experience.
  • Keep business leaders informed of client updates, risks, and opportunities.
  • Contribute proactively to WWHS strategy discussions by sharing market trends, client feedback, and process improvement ideas.

Operational Excellence

  • Champion process rigor and continuous improvement, both internally and externally.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, drive completion, and maintain accountability across timelines.
  • Coordinate project-related efforts involving client-facing deliverables or internal operations.
  • Drive performance tracking and develop reports that measure key account success metrics.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support WWHS’s business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development—preferably in healthcare staffing, immigration, or consulting.
  • Proven success in managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client site visits or industry events.
