What You’ll Do
Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
Communicate professionally via phone and online platforms
Follow provided scripts and workflows
Accurately document information
Maintain a high level of professionalism in a remote setting

Basic computer knowledge
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be willing to get Licensed in Life and Health Insurance
