Job Overview

Tam Kỳ Project is seeking a dedicated and organised **Remote Project Manager** to join our passionate team. This is a **full-time**, remote position, with a preference for candidates based in or near **United, West Virginia, United States**. 

Tam Kỳ Project is a non-profit organisation with a clear mission: to improve the quality of life for children and families in need living in rural Vietnam. We focus on supporting victims of natural disasters, extreme poverty, and those with disabilities. In collaboration with our charity partners, our vision is to provide better water and sanitation, improved health and nutrition, and ultimately, a quality education to end the cycle of poverty for all children in these areas. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and successfully delivering projects that directly contribute to our mission and bring about meaningful change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they align with our organisation's mission.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, international charity partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present regular, detailed progress reports to the leadership team.
• Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders to encourage collaboration and ensure shared goals are met.
• Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation for accountability and future reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager, ideally within the non-profit or international development sector.
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with remote and culturally diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
