- Suivre et reporter les performances de ventes.

- Expérience confirmée en management d’équipes performantes dans un environnement international.
- Connaissance approfondie des opérations et du développement commercial dans l’industrie HVAC ou similaire.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager for France & Benelux who will lead sales across all channels by:
- Developing and implementing the indirect sales strategy in the region and aligned with European Local /Global strategy.
- Analysing market opportunities to develop and implement strategies to maximize margins and increased market penetration
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners to maintain connection with local market issues.
- Leading the sales team to achieve the yearly targets and to exceed the volumes as possible.
- Facilitate sales and service trainings with the support of the HVAC product teams
- Driving sales excellence. Delivering sales performance across channels
- Forecast and report actuals business sales volumes, as requested frequency, for different line of products
- Ensuring key consultants are covered and drives growth of basis-of-design
