Atkins Kroll is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Sales team in Guam. In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional dealership experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving sales goals, and staying up to date with the latest automotive products and services.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles by understanding their needs and recommending suitable options
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and communication
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while explaining product features, benefits, and available options
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, financing processes, and market trends
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately in accordance with dealership procedures
• Meet monthly sales goals and participate in OEM and dealership training programs
• Support customer satisfaction by coordinating vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow-up activities

 

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
