About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at Software Finder. This is a strategic, outbound-focused role designed for a hunter who excels at identifying opportunities and opening doors within the SaaS landscape.

You won’t just be making dials; you’ll be the first point of contact for potential partners, acting as a professional bridge between their business challenges and our solutions. Your goal is to spark curiosity, build rapport, and set the stage for long-term partnerships through persistent and highly personalized outreach.

This position is ideal for someone who is resilient, research-driven, and possesses the "gift of gab" to turn a cold touchpoint into a meaningful discovery.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactive Sourcing: Research and identify high-potential leads and target accounts that align with our ideal customer profile.

  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate interest and qualify prospects.

  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery to deeply understand customer needs and assess their fit with our software solutions.

  • Pipeline Growth: Successfully schedule high-quality meetings and product demos for our Sales Managers.

  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all prospect interactions and data within HubSpot to ensure a seamless sales handoff.

  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and optimize outbound campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a high-volume cold calling environment (US-facing market experience is a plus).

  • Persuasive Communication: Exceptional English skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and pivot conversations on the fly.

  • Tenacity: A consistent follow-up game and the drive to nurture relationships over time.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and outbound engagement platforms.
