About Reach

Reach is the modular Merchant of Record for global sellers. Brands like Revolve and Blue Nile use Reach to sell into new markets without setting up foreign entities, migrating platforms, or replacing their existing payment providers. We take on liability for tax compliance, fraud, and chargebacks while merchants keep their checkout, their data, and their stack.

The Role

We're hiring a SDR to drive outbound pipeline for our Account Executive team. You'll target e-commerce brands already selling internationally that are losing money on cross-border transactions through declined authorizations, FX costs, and tax complexity. This is a research-driven outbound role, not a volume game : quality of targeting and personalization matter more than raw activity.

Why this role

Cross-border commerce is growing and most merchants are still paying for workarounds. You'll build expertise in a technical, high-value domain (payments, FX, global tax) inside a sales org with a documented playbook, clear expectations, and strong data and tooling support behind your outbound.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage decision-makers at cross-border e-commerce brands, including payments and e-commerce leaders, finance and tax leaders, and founders.
  • Run multi-channel outbound (email, video, LinkedIn, phone) with personalized, evidence-based messaging grounded in real research on each account.
  • Qualify opportunities against our ICP and book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Partnerships teams to assess and qualify marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and partner qualified leads (PQLs) alongside your own outbound-sourced pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and timely activity logging.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and our GTM team on targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified meeting and pipeline targets.

What You Bring

  • 1 to 3 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce technology, or SaaS.
  • Track record of hitting meeting and pipeline targets in a structured outbound environment.
  • Strong research skills: comfortable using public signals (site traffic, checkout setup, tech stack, funding news) to find and prioritize the right accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort on camera for short personalized video outreach.
  • Organized, coachable, and competitive, with the discipline to run a defined sequence and the creativity to improve on it.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
  • Interest in cross-border payments, global tax compliance, or the Merchant of Record model is highly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent achievement of monthly qualified meeting targets.
  • Strong conversion from first touch to booked meeting through relevant, non-generic outreach.
  • Accurate qualification that produces high-quality pipeline for the AE team.
  • Meaningful contribution to targeting and messaging improvements based on what you learn in market.

Why Join Reach

  • Competitive compensation and pension contribution
  • Comprehensive private healthcare coverage
  • Annual learning and development allowance
  • Hybrid working with modern office space
