The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for AssistNow's Workday consulting, staff augmentation, and technology service lines. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, scheduling discovery meetings, and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

AssistNow, Inc. is the only Workday implementation consulting firm headquartered in Arkansas. We help organizations unlock the full potential of their Workday investment through expert consulting, managed services, and our proprietary Ascend platform, including ReleaseIQ.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across AssistNow's service lines, including Workday implementation, staff augmentation, and AI-powered solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and budget fit
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM
  • Collaborate with account executive and marketing teams on campaigns
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified meeting targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or in progress)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with an interest in technology and ERP solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred (Salesforce or HubSpot a plus)
  • Workday or ERP knowledge a plus, but not required
