The primary responsibilities include leading the design, build, and configuration of applications, serving as the main point of contact for Snowflake architecture.

Extensive experience in SQL query writing and tuning, as well as familiarity with data virtualization tools like Starburst and Denodo, is essential.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture.
Lead Data Vault 2.0 (or 1.x where applicable) adoption: hub, link, satellite design, historization patterns, and business key strategy.
Translate business requirements into canonical models and pragmatic consumption layers (raw/landing, raw vault, business vault, information marts).Proficiency in Matillion and/or Informatica.
Lead design and hands-on development of Matillion and/or Informatica pipelines for ingest, transformation, CDC/streaming, and orchestration.
Implement modern ELT patterns leveraging Snowflake features (COPY, Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Materialized Views, zero-copy cloning).
Implement error-handling, retry, and idempotent load patterns.
Strong SQL and ETL/ELT development skills.
Knowledge of data warehousing, cloud data platforms, performance tuning, and data governance.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
