Gritter Francona is looking to potentially support a project to perform initial technical reviews of requests submitted under the Elizabeth Dole Act. This potential project's scope is involving the intaking, validating, reviewing, tracking, and summarizing of up to 30 recognition requests per month and creating digital resources necessary for implementation.

This project will establish repeatable processes, technical review standards, intake validation procedures, audit-ready documentation structures, and applicant communication workflows necessary for the project's framework.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Auditor for this potential project. The Senior Auditor oversees audit processes, validates service metrics, prepares audit-ready files and summaries for recognized entities.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years' experience performing operational audits, compliance audits, or service delivery verification
  • Experience validating performance metrics, service outcomes, or client‑level data for regulated programs
  • Skilled in developing audit plans, conducting data integrity assessments, and preparing audit‑ready documentation
  • Ability to interface with recognized entities or external organizations to obtain required documentation and ensure compliance with program expectations
  • Experience preparing consolidated audit summaries for leadership decision‑making
