At Civia Health, you're not just taking a job: You're joining a mission to transform the way clinical research is done. Our leadership team are experienced industry leading, visionary professionals who know what’s broken — and how to fix it.Â
We treat participants like valued partners, not research subjects. That means supporting their agency, putting their needs, comfort, and enjoyment first — and rewarding them generously for their time and effort.Â
