Job Snapshot


We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Associate to support regional programs that help generate pipeline, run events, and fuel sales engagement across North America. This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Senior Field Marketing Manager in India.

What You’ll Do
  • Program & Event Support
Assist in planning and executing field events, webinars, conferences, executive dinners, and partner programs. Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, gifting, and materials preparation. Support onsite event execution and post-event follow-up tasks.

  • Campaign & Sales Alignment
Work with AEs and SDRs to support territory-level marketing activities. Help create outreach templates, follow-up sequences, Marketo email copy and light personalization for events. Coordinate with demand gen and PMM to ensure alignment with campaign messaging.

  • Operations, Budget & Processes
Track program timelines, budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts. Manage event calendars, registrations, attendee lists, and CRM updates. Own shipping logistics and inventory for event assets and swag.

  • Reporting & Insights
Maintain dashboards for program performance, event attendance, and pipeline contribution. Support tracking of leads, follow-up activity, and influenced pipeline. Provide weekly summaries and insights to the Field Marketing team.


What You’ll Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, marketing coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and comfort working with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in events, marketing operations, and growing within B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, SFDC, ZoomInfo, or similar) is a plus.
