This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI in the United States.

This role sits at the forefront of applied AI innovation, shaping how intelligent agents transform customer experience and internal operations at scale. You will lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered systems that automate complex workflows across sales, service, and operational processes. Working at the intersection of product management, engineering, and applied machine learning, you will help evolve a production-grade conversational AI platform already handling the majority of inbound interactions. The environment is highly technical and experimental, requiring continuous exploration of emerging LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and automation tools. You will play a key role in defining how agentic systems are designed, evaluated, and safely deployed in production. This is a high-impact position where your work directly influences user experience, operational efficiency, and the future of AI-driven products.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for AI-powered customer experiences and internal agentic systems.
  • Design and evolve AI architectures, including LLM-based agents, prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and system guardrails.
  • Partner with engineering and AI specialists to optimize trade-offs between latency, cost, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Define and own core product metrics such as automation rate, response quality, escalation performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, data analysis, and iteration on AI-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into broader product and operational systems.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including new LLMs, voice models, and computer-use agents for production readiness.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, promoting AI best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, consulting, data analytics, or operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong interest in AI systems, LLMs, and agent-based technologies, with hands-on exploration of AI tools and workflows.
  • Solid technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, and prompt engineering concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data (including SQL) to drive product decisions and insights.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business and product language.
  • Experience working in data-driven environments with ownership of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and business teams.
