The role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Payments, Aiwyn's largest product and the main revenue driver of the business.

This is a GM-level seat for Aiwyn’s flagship product. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, P&L, customer relationships, and the banking partnerships that power money movement. You'll partner with a dedicated execution-focused PM who owns day-to-day delivery, which frees you to lead at the strategy and ownership level. You'll work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market, and your decisions will shape the trajectory of the business.

What You'll Do

  • Own Payments strategy and the P&L. Set the direction for Aiwyn's flagship product and own the results.

  • Own the roadmap. Decide what we build and in what order, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship what firms actually adopt.

  • Own our banking and payments partnerships. Build and manage the relationships that power processing and money movement.

  • Go deep with customers. Sit with firms, own the most important accounts, and turn what you learn into product wins and retention.

  • Partner cross-functionally to execute. Work with a dedicated execution PM, engineering, and design to ship, and with sales, CS, and marketing to bring it to market.

What We're Looking For

Must haves:

  • 5–8 years of product management experience

  • Payments, fintech, or money-movement experience: you understand processing, billing, or banking partnerships well enough to make strategic calls without a ramp

  • You've owned a product as a business: strategy, roadmap, and a revenue or P&L outcome you can point to

  • Excellent product roadmapping: you can figure out which problems are worth solving, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate your thinking with clarity

  • Execution chops: you know how to ship software, keep teams aligned, and course-correct when things go sideways

  • An incredible trajectory: you're becoming a domain expert in everything you touch, and you bring clarity and energy to every room you're in

Nice-to-haves (not required):

  • Vertical SaaS or accounting/CPA industry experience

  • Experience owning sponsor-bank or banking partnerships

  • Experience running a large product migration or platform consolidation

  • Startup experience- you're comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace

Why Work at Aiwyn?

  • The big-picture value proposition of this role is simple: join us, and you'll be paid competitively to have freedom in solving worthwhile, challenging problems alongside other A-players at a fast-growing SaaS startup led by an experienced and successful team with industry experience

  • AI-by-Default - you'll have access to best-in-class AI tools and work in an environment that embraces an AI-by-default mindset, where curiosity and experimentation are part of how we operate

  • Remote-first organization

  • Competitive compensation and benefits

  • Stock options

  • 401(k) matching

  • Adventure Travel Stipend on each anniversary of your employment with Aiwyn
