Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to bridge clinical practice and product development for an innovative AI-driven radiation oncology software platform. This individual will serve as the voice of the U.S. customer, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure clinical workflows are accurately reflected in product design and implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for U.S. radiation oncology customers.
  • Translate physician and clinical workflow requirements into actionable product feedback.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to refine and validate new software capabilities.
  • Support customer implementations, user acceptance testing, and product adoption.
  • Act as the clinical escalation resource for Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, advisory boards, and industry conferences.
  • Clinical background in U.S. radiation oncology (RN, Radiation Therapist, Medical Dosimetrist, APP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of radiation oncology physician workflows and clinical documentation.
  • Experience with oncology software, clinical informatics, product management, or healthcare technology.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the U.S.
