The Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the creation of AI experiences within APCM (Advanced Primary Care Management) - our newest product line that makes healthcare feel effortless for patients. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a highly visible and ambitious product surface that improves the lives for over a million patients by 2030.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for multiple AI-centered features within APCM, from vision through launch and iteration
  • Reimagine and rearchitect traditional healthcare for the modern era with agent-powered patient workflows that advance primary care efficacy, engagement, and efficiency
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, care delivery operations, clinical leadership, and patient success teams to deliver clinically appropriate, high-quality patient experiences
  • Use AI and agentic tooling extensively in both product development and day-to-day execution, while shaping the right balance between automation and human oversight
  • Drive product discovery in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem space by identifying patient pain points, defining workflows, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities
  • Measure and optimize product outcomes through experimentation, analytics, and operational metrics tied to patient engagement, automation, and care team efficiency

What You Need

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex consumer product experiences
  • Strong product instincts and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction and scalable workflows
  • Deep interest in AI, LLMs, and agentic systems, with excitement for building AI-native user experiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and regulated stakeholders
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and limited structure
