What You'll Do

You'll be trusted to lead audit engagements from planning through completion while serving as a key advisor to clients and mentor to less experienced staff.

You will:

Lead audit fieldwork, write reports, and supervise engagement teams.
Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.
Build strong client relationships.
Work directly with Managers and Partners.
Identify opportunities to improve processes.
Coach and mentor junior staff.
Continue developing your technical and leadership skills

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's degree – even better)
CPA license or active pursuit of licensure
2–5 years of public accounting experience, preferably audit, non-profit
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to lead projects while managing multiple deadlines
Passion for teamwork and exceptional client service
Must live in California.
