Position Description:

Provides senior-level leadership across warehouse operations, enterprise supply chain strategy, and IT asset lifecycle management. Responsible for designing, optimizing, and executing logistics and distribution operations in support of large-scale federal programs. Operates as a strategic leader overseeing multi-site warehouse environments, high-value inventory, and end-to-end supply chain performance.

Summary

This role is responsible for leading and transforming warehouse and supply chain operations supporting IT asset management, procurement, logistics, and distribution. The position requires deep experience managing large-scale, complex environments with high-value inventory, federal compliance requirements, and performance-driven delivery models.

This is a program-level leadership role, not a facility-level manager.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end warehouse andlogisticsoperations across one or more facilities
  • Oversee inventory management for high-value IT assets (multi-million-dollar environments)
  • Ensure efficient receiving, staging, deployment, tracking, and disposal of equipment

Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization

  • Design andoptimizesupply chain processes to improve delivery speed, cost efficiency, and accuracy
  • Develop and implement performance-basedlogisticsmodels and KPIs
  • Reduce delivery timelines, optimize vendor usage, and streamline distribution networks

IT Asset & Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement → deployment → tracking → disposition)
  • Ensureaccurateconfiguration management and asset visibility across systems
  • Integrate warehouse operations with IT service delivery environments

Program & Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, federal regulations (FAR/DFAR), and contract requirements
  • Support supply chain risk management, including Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM)
  • Develop andmaintainpolicies, procedures, and governance frameworks

Systems & Data-Driven Operations

  • Leverage tools (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent) for tracking, reporting, and analytics
  • Develop dashboards and metrics for operational performance and forecasting
  • Drive data-informed decision-making acrosslogisticsoperations

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, develop, and scale cross-functional teams (warehouse,logistics, procurement, technical support)
  • Build high-performing, cross-trained teams (T-shaped resources)
  • Establish accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+years’ experiencein warehouse,logistics,and/orsupply chain management, or combination of these key areas
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams and operations
  • Experience managing large-scale warehouse environments (50K+ sq ft or equivalent complexity)
  • Experience managing high-value inventory ($10M+ preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting federal or DoD programs
  • Strong knowledge ofthe following:
  • Supply chain lifecycle management
  • IT asset management
  • SLA-driven operations
  • Federallogistics/compliance frameworks

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with IT equipmentlogisticsand asset lifecycle management
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar asset/logisticssystems
  • Knowledge of C-SCRM, ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFAR compliance
  • PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications
  • Experience managing multi-site or distributed warehouse operations
  • Experience reducing delivery timelines and optimizing supply chain cost models
